EduExchange Tutoring and Consulting Process

  • 1. Enquiries and Application

    You can contact us by phone, email, via Facebook or Twitter, or through our website. Our support team will respond promptly.

    You may apply through our website or by email.
    2. Screening and Interview

    We will review your application and will invite you for an interview if successful at the screening stage. We will mail you the tutor pack explaining how our services work and advantages of working with EduExchange. We are available for a voice call at your convenience and will be happy to meet if you have any further queries.

    3. Joining Our Team

    We will contact you to let you know whether you've been successful. We will then mail you relevant documents and reference forms, and a contract draft. Once the checks of documents are completed satisfactorily, we will write to you to finalise everything.

    4. Team members are assigned to clients after matching their strengths with students’ needs

    We carry out regular marketing activities to promote our services and tutor network. We will advise you on how to obtain a DBS check, should you need one.

    5. Feedback and Support

    Tutors are expected to fill in timesheets and weekly reviews for their work. Progress Reports may be required from time to time. We provide full back up support to enhance the effectiveness of lessons.
